Senior AML Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AML Fintech Oversight Manager III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage oversight of Fintech Partners' BSA/AML and OFAC programs and report metrics to management
• Develop and implement oversight programs, onboarding processes, and conduct ongoing compliance testing
• Lead a team, providing training, feedback, and monitoring workloads while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• BA degree or 10+ years of experience in Risk Management, Fintech, or Banking; 3+ years with CIP Verification/Fraud vendor tools
• CAMS certification preferred
• Expert knowledge of AML concepts, including BSA, OFAC, and related regulations
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding data concepts
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
