Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to legal requests and demands
- Track, prioritize, and escalate relevant cases to attorneys or Trust & Safety Specialists
- Assist with technology regulatory compliance and support annual audits
Required Qualifications
- Experience with legal and/or compliance workflows
- Familiarity with customer support and project management software
- Ability to categorize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Data analysis and report generation skills
- Strategic thinking and project management experience
