Licensed Regional Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a North America Regional Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and manage commercial contracts and related documents
• Provide ongoing general legal support to internal clients on various legal matters
• Coordinate with legal experts and assist in developing operational efficiencies in contract review

Required Qualifications

• Juris doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one state
• 2-5 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years in law firm or in-house settings
• Experience as an in-house generalist lawyer preferred
• Strong initiative and excellent client counseling skills
• Ability to effectively manage opposing views and work collaboratively with business teams
