A company is looking for a Coordination of Benefits Specialist responsible for managing coordination of benefits information for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and update coordination of benefits information for members
- Initiate calls to validate insurance coverage and determine primacy
- Manage claims adjudication and recovery of overpaid COB claims
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Experience in health insurance claims processing or related fields
- Familiarity with document imaging and workflow routing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work with multiple systems and applications simultaneously
