Key Responsibilities
- Assess and address basic support issues from incoming calls
- Create support cases and monitor call tracking systems
- Transfer calls to appropriate parties and maintain call statistics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service or call center experience
- Ability to acquire stable internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
- Experience with multi-line phones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of or experience with relevant products and services is a plus
