Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding ride-sharing services.
- Assist users with account registration, ride booking, and payment processing issues.
- Provide clear information about app features, safety protocols, and promotional offers.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to improve service quality and user experience.
- Collaborate with driver and logistics teams to resolve any related issues effectively.
- Stay updated on app updates, features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for service improvement.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in tech or mobility services, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Familiarity with customer service software and mobile applications is advantageous.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
