Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and develop strategies to manage projects from start to finish
- Take minutes, file project documents, maintain schedules, and compile summaries
- Track documents such as purchase orders, budgets, payrolls, and contracts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or related field
- Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
- Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint
- Ability to work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Willingness to collaborate closely with project managers
