Key Responsibilities

  • Take minutes, file project documents, maintain schedules, and compile summaries
  • Track documents such as purchase orders, budgets, payrolls, and contracts
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination or related field
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
  • Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint
  • Ability to work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with project managers
