Job Requirement
To professionally support all clients within the company’s guidelines and standards for excellent customer service. This position will require a flexible schedule. We are currently looking to fill overnight and weekend shift.
Responsibilities
· Proficiency in making domestic and international travel arrangements, including air, car, hotel, and limo
· The ability to read and decipher airline contracts and private fares
· Keeping abreast of airline alliance programs
· Follow all company procedures, guidelines, and standards in customer service, productivity, attendance, and accuracy of work.
· Potential of receiving phone calls and supporting customers with reservations in times of high volume
Skills/Qualifications
· Three or more years of travel agency experience
· Domestic and international geography knowledge
· Sabre, GDS experience required
· Manage the booking from beginning to end including ticketing and exchanges
· Ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional customer service, positive can-do attitude
· Good organizational skills and time management skills are necessary and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive problem-solving skills
· Ability to learn processes quickly and adaptable to change
· The ability to work independently, exercising discretion and good judgement
· Experience in Microsoft office preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
