A company is looking for an Accounting Manager, Business Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of accountants focused on client implementations and accurate accounting
- Act as a subject matter expert on auto warranty accounting and guide on complex accounting issues
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes and reduce risks
Required Qualifications
- College degree in accounting with CPA, chartered accountant, or equivalent designation required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounting/Finance leadership role
- Property and Casualty Insurance experience
- Experience managing teams remotely
- Strong technical acumen in US GAAP and insurance accounting principles
