CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and explain financial results to management and stakeholders
• Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with external experts
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, manage client engagements, and refine project management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing complex client engagements
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
