CPA Senior Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, review, and filing of various tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors regarding tax-related inquiries
• Monitor tax law developments and create strategies to adapt to changes in taxation legislation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience
• Public accounting tax experience or tax consulting experience is required
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in accounting or taxation is required
• CPA license is required; JD or other licenses are preferred
• International tax experience is preferred
