Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Management Manager-Tax Exempt.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs the establishment and implementation of short- and long-term objectives for the plan management function
- Manages staff activities in the Tax-Exempt Markets TPA/Unbundled Plan Management function, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Reviews operational activities and implements process improvements to ensure efficient plan management operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in Plan Management/Retirement Services; 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience with Omni 5.5 and 7.4
- In-depth knowledge of the financial service industry and related legal/compliance issues
- Knowledge of systems, technology, and equipment relevant to the role
