Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to join their Credentialing Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and responding to provider inquiries
- Respond to provider inquiries about credentialing within a 24-business-hour SLA
- Partner with the Support team to train non-credentialing teammates on common credentialing issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and/or payor enrollment
- Confidence in interacting with healthcare providers and guiding them
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound questions with empathy and precision
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to follow process flows accurately
- Self-motivated and reliable in a fast-paced, remote environment
