A company is looking for a Credit and Collections Support 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls and emails to resolve delinquent account balances
- Utilize industry knowledge and departmental policies to make appropriate collection decisions
- Perform skip tracing and engage in special projects as required
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
- Basic accounting and skip tracing knowledge
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Familiarity with FDCPA and applicable federal laws
