A company is looking for a Team Lead - Physician Credit Balances.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit balance workloads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Train new employees and conduct refresher training sessions for current staff
- Audit patient accounts and ensure compliance with client policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience
- Eight years of relevant experience in healthcare, business, or professional services
- Credit balance experience within a hospital or clinic setting is preferred
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
