Key Responsibilities
- Develop undergraduate courses for a Food Business and Culinary Entrepreneurship program
- Advise on and create curricula in collaboration with an academic dean and learning experience designer
- Ensure course content covers food preparation, safety, menu planning, and sustainable ingredient sourcing
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's minimum) or professional credential in culinary arts or a related field
- Extensive experience with a broad range of culinary techniques
- Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices
- Willingness to utilize generative AI tools for enhancing learning and performance
- Ability to operate a personal computer and associated software efficiently
