Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of customer advocacy initiatives and manage day-to-day operations of the customer reference platform
- Source and publish case studies, testimonials, and customer quotes while collaborating with internal teams
- Manage review programs and act as the liaison for sales and field teams regarding customer content and advocacy assets
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing in B2B tech or cybersecurity
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders
- Familiarity with customer reference platforms and review sites is a plus
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for amplifying customer voices
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and collaborating across teams
