Key Responsibilities
- Create and conduct functional training programs for new and existing employees
- Update and communicate department knowledge management articles and procedures
- Provide support, direction, and coaching to employees regarding service requests and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling customer service requests
- At least six months of experience in coaching or leading Customer Service Representatives
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
