Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Customer Engagement Representative to provide customer support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with leads through various communication channels
- Ensure customers understand the value of the brands throughout interactions
- Escalate issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
- Internet speed of at least 50Mbps for video and VoIP calls
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Legally authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States
