Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Provide telephone support to applicants and beneficiaries, documenting requests and status changes
- Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of call center operations and customer service quality monitoring
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
- High School diploma or GED
- Background and drug screening required
