A company is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to support client relations in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Manage key accounts and assist clients with quotes, order processing, and tracking
- Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with internal departments for order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in a client services position
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
