Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Concierge / Inside Sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dynamic caseload of 375-600 clients with precision and care
  • Convert leads into sales by building trust and staying engaged throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Educate customers on program benefits and handle a high volume of communications with professionalism
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in customer service, sales, or call centers
  • Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality
