A company is looking for a Customer Experience Concierge / Inside Sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic caseload of 375-600 clients with precision and care
- Convert leads into sales by building trust and staying engaged throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Educate customers on program benefits and handle a high volume of communications with professionalism
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in customer service, sales, or call centers
- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality
