Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and accurate technical support to customers via various communication channels
- Investigate and resolve product issues while educating customers on platform features and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate product defects and maintain knowledge documentation
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, IT support, or technical support roles
- Strong foundational understanding of software, databases, or platform technologies
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred education in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent technical training
- Familiarity with database concepts and support case management
