Job Summary
A company is looking for a ZCX Channel Customer Experience Consulting Solution Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for CX channel partners in North America and LATAM, translating technical and business requirements into solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partner Customer Experience pre-sales teams and other key stakeholders
- Execute technical presales training and ongoing enablement for ZCX Partners while engaging with internal product teams to drive feedback for product innovation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CX/Cloud CCaaS Channel Solution Engineering
- Strong business and technical acumen within the CX industry, including Contact Center and related technologies
- Demonstrated understanding of Customer Experience market trends and channel partnership strategies
- Experience in building and executing go-to-market Channel strategies
- Familiarity with sell-through channel sales motions
