A company is looking for a Customer Order Specialist to manage order processing and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and manage orders ensuring accuracy between source systems and Oracle
- Interface with internal departments to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment
- Maintain records of order changes and communicate status updates to relevant teams
Required Qualifications
- BS degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in medical devices
- Experience with Oracle and SalesForce.com preferred
- Strong communication skills required
