Key Responsibilities
- Draft and process incoming referrals with required demographic and medical information
- Manage client emails and ensure timely communication and delegation of tasks
- Assist with the intake process and maintain accurate records and invoicing for referrals
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
- Must maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for remote work
