Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent - VIP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide premium assistance to customers during roadside incidents, ensuring swift and personalized support
  • Perform outbound and inbound calls/chats to address customer service experiences and manage cases until completion
  • Make executive decisions and elevate relationships with partner representatives and customers for consistent workflow
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or automotive environment
  • Ability to operate various platforms and tools such as CSS, Teams Channels, Incontact chats, and JIRA
  • Capability to make independent decisions and take accountability for work delivered
  • Technical requirement of a minimum internet speed of 15 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload
  • Commitment to upholding brand reputation and providing exemplary service
