A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent - VIP.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide premium assistance to customers during roadside incidents, ensuring swift and personalized support
- Perform outbound and inbound calls/chats to address customer service experiences and manage cases until completion
- Make executive decisions and elevate relationships with partner representatives and customers for consistent workflow
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or automotive environment
- Ability to operate various platforms and tools such as CSS, Teams Channels, Incontact chats, and JIRA
- Capability to make independent decisions and take accountability for work delivered
- Technical requirement of a minimum internet speed of 15 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload
- Commitment to upholding brand reputation and providing exemplary service
