Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in claims support by reviewing, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
• Analyze trends and provide necessary reports
• Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards consistently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate multiple programs
• Ability to work Monday - Friday in any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
