Job Summary
A company is looking for a Guest Services Specialist to support guests from pre-arrival through departure in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely pre-arrival instructions and respond to guest requests within a 2-hour SLA
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues and manage service cases
- Participate in team huddles and uphold core values in all interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, property management, or corporate housing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset, especially in time-sensitive situations
