Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Services Specialist to support guests from pre-arrival through departure in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely pre-arrival instructions and respond to guest requests within a 2-hour SLA
  • Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues and manage service cases
  • Participate in team huddles and uphold core values in all interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, property management, or corporate housing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset, especially in time-sensitive situations
