A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, Corporate.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Manage the entire order process from initial client inquiry through processing, invoicing, and follow-up
- Assist with corporate filings and educate clients on additional services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience in corporate services/registered agent industry preferred
- Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of corporate services and filings
