Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, Corporate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Manage the entire order process from initial client inquiry through processing, invoicing, and follow-up
  • Assist with corporate filings and educate clients on additional services
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in corporate services/registered agent industry preferred
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of corporate services and filings
