Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - SCA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Medicare Appeal process by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval while adhering to internal policies
  • Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing calls and serve as a liaison between supervisors and external providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicaid program and service eligibility
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar environment preferred
  • General knowledge of eligibility verification and medical office experience preferred
