Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - SCA (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Medicare Appeal process by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval while adhering to internal policies
- Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing calls and serve as a liaison between supervisors and external providers
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicaid program and service eligibility
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar environment preferred
- General knowledge of eligibility verification and medical office experience preferred
