A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Phone Agent (100% remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather customer information thoroughly and efficiently to assess and fulfill their needs
- Educate customers where applicable to solve concerns during the initial call
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or help desk capacity required; financial service experience preferred
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and computer screens while engaging with customers over the phone
- Proficient in customer service software and tech applications such as Microsoft Office/Teams, SABA, and Ultipro
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and accept constructive feedback
