Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to billing, technical support, homeschooling, and product questions
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution of concerns
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and retention experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and email systems
- Minimum of 1 year of homeschooling experience is a plus
- Required internet speed of at least 7 Mbps
- Availability to work occasional Saturdays and mandatory overtime during peak months
