A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to end-user inquiries and resolves issues related to telecommunications networks, hardware, and business applications
- Isolates problem sources and collaborates with internal teams and vendors for resolution
- Follows up with users to ensure issues are resolved and maintains documentation of all activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
- Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting (1 year)
- Experience in over-the-phone customer service support (1 year)
- Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
