Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or help desk capacity, with financial service experience preferred
- Proficient in customer service software and tech applications such as Microsoft Office/Teams
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
