Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in customer service software and tech applications such as Microsoft Office/Teams
  • Ability to handle high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
