Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the West Coast, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers and Territory Managers by answering calls and emails, processing orders, and tracking deliveries
- Resolve customer order issues, including delivery discrepancies and back orders, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Participate in training programs and communicate regularly with internal departments regarding order updates and issues
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, with knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control
- Call center experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Windows and Office applications
- Familiarity with maintaining a customer database and internet navigation
