Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with various customer needs

- Provide personalized customer experiences while managing calls related to refunds, payments, and orders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must reside in an HSN approved state
- Ability to work in a distraction-free home environment
- Self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- High-speed internet connection meeting specified requirements
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
