Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer service
  • Two years of experience required for senior level, including one year of exact job experience
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
