Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while managing inbound and outbound calls
- Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure insurance eligibility and coverage
- Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and maintain quality assurance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer service
- Two years of experience required for senior level, including one year of exact job experience
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
