Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach associates to enhance customer service and execute transactions effectively
- Support training on merchandising standards and ensure accurate inventory management
- Oversee daily cash processes and ensure adherence to operational standards
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience supervising teams or associates with a focus on achieving goals
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and reading skills, along with the ability to operate technology equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
