A company is looking for a Director, Customer & Community Programs to lead and scale customer and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a cohesive customer & community strategy to enhance engagement
- Launch and scale customer advocacy programs, including advisory boards and storytelling initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align programs with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer marketing, community programs, or customer success
- Proven success in building customer-facing programs from the ground up
- Strong program management skills with the ability to execute high-impact initiatives
- Analytical and metrics-driven approach to measuring program success
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments is preferred
