A company is looking for a Director, Customer & Community Programs to lead and scale customer and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a cohesive customer & community strategy to enhance engagement
  • Launch and scale customer advocacy programs, including advisory boards and storytelling initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align programs with business goals
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer marketing, community programs, or customer success
  • Proven success in building customer-facing programs from the ground up
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to execute high-impact initiatives
  • Analytical and metrics-driven approach to measuring program success
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments is preferred
