A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize core Account Management and Customer Success workflows across portfolio companies
- Build and maintain dashboards to track customer metrics and prepare data-driven insights for reviews
- Act as the primary liaison between Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Account Management Operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS
- Strong financial modeling, revenue planning, and data analysis skills
- Experience building whitespace models
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements through data insights
