A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance for successful usage and adoption of technologies
  • Take ownership of post-sales technical issues and document resolution steps
  • Guide customers through the adoption stages of the platform


Required Qualifications
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a post-sales engineer role or as a network engineer
  • Strong understanding of Networking and Security fundamentals
  • Experience with multiple Network vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks)
  • One or more relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, VCDX) is highly desired
