Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners, end customers, and internal teams to cultivate trusted relationships
- Plan and facilitate key project milestones to ensure consistent project delivery
- Monitor service usage and compile detailed monthly reports for leadership, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in the IT services industry
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with CRM systems like Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills to translate customer data into actionable strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Prior experience in customer success or account management is a plus
