Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related client-facing role
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments
- Industry experience in real estate, mortgages, or online marketplaces preferred
- Proactive in identifying customer needs and adapting coaching style accordingly
