Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related client-facing role
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments
  • Industry experience in real estate, mortgages, or online marketplaces preferred
  • Proactive in identifying customer needs and adapting coaching style accordingly
