A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative to provide customer service and support to patients and healthcare staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and register patient appointments, process various communication requests, and update patient information
- Assist with first contact resolution by addressing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources
- Maintain professionalism and quality assurance while handling a high volume of incoming calls and communications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
- Preferred: Experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a high-volume multichannel contact center
