Key Responsibilities
- Link the patient experience between PACT and practice sites using established policies and procedures
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and manage patient inquiries and needs
- Provide customer service according to departmental standards and assist with marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- 0-1 year experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
- Basic understanding of computers and desktop software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
