Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with necessary back office areas to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via calls, emails, and web chats
- Track activities in CRM and fulfill reporting requests from customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of client-facing experience or equivalent education and experience
- Thorough understanding of contract provisions and administrative policies
- Proven record of providing strong and effective customer service
- Experience effectively analyzing issues and identifying root causes
