Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to ensure retention and minimize churn risk
- Conduct regular check-in calls and Quarterly Business Reviews to analyze customer engagement and identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion
- Act as the customer's advocate within the organization, ensuring timely resolutions to issues and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and product fit
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing operations service role within a SaaS or HCM software company
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and adoption of products
- Experience in managing customer relationships and mitigating churn risk
- Understanding of organizational structures and decision-making processes within customer accounts
