A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure maximum value from the platform
- Develop and execute onboarding plans for new enterprise customers to quickly demonstrate product value
- Identify upsell opportunities and maintain customer renewals while proactively addressing potential issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of customer success experience, preferably in Cyber Security or SaaS
- Understanding of LLMs and Social Engineering preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading by example within a customer success context
