A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure maximum value from the platform
  • Develop and execute onboarding plans for new enterprise customers to quickly demonstrate product value
  • Identify upsell opportunities and maintain customer renewals while proactively addressing potential issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of customer success experience, preferably in Cyber Security or SaaS
  • Understanding of LLMs and Social Engineering preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in leading by example within a customer success context
