Support and Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support & Implementation Specialist to join their Internal Cloud team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by partners, providing timely solutions
• Guide partners through the configuration and deployment of ACS products tailored to their needs
• Manage support tickets and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining strong partner relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Thorough knowledge of implementation and cloud tools to troubleshoot complex technical problems
• Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack
• Fluency in English
